- YOUTH FITNESS — For ages 12 and up, specifically designed exercise routines for those growing bones and muscles of our younger generation.
APP WORKOUTS — These days we are doing more and more things with family and work, so it is hard to find a set time to workout. I now have a mobile app available. Your workouts are customized for your goals. The number of sets and repetitions are done for you, along with weight recommendations. Also, each exercise comes with either a picture or video of how to correctly perform each exercise, taking the guess-work out of how to do them. You can access the workouts through your computer, email or mobile device.
- ONLINE TRAINING — Even if you’re far away, by using Messenger in Facebook you can train with me in video mode. Contact me to schedule a time and by using your mobile device or computer you can have a personal trainer right in your home.
